Olivier Garnier is a global procurement and transformation leader with more than 20 years of international executive experience across complex industrial businesses.
Through senior roles at Holcim, Philips Automotive, Philips Consumer Electronics and a private-equity carve-out, he has led global procurement organisations and more than €2 billion in spend. During the carve-out of an automotive business into private-equity ownership, he tripled procurement savings to deliver more than €80 million in value and contribute to an 8% EBITDA improvement.
Most recently, as VP Global Procurement for Decarbonization, Innovation & Technology at Holcim, Olivier operated at the intersection of industrial strategy, technology selection, global supplier ecosystems, commercial models and execution across more than 1,000 sites.
